Effective Immediately IBM System Storage DS3400 Simple SAN Express Kits have stopped shipping due to complications with Warranty. (P/N 172641U and P/N 172642U)

Until the problem is fixed, it is recommended the following products be ordered instead of the

Simple SAN Express Kits:

IBM System Storage DS3400 Single Controller Express Model (1726-41E)
IBM System Storage DS3400 Dual Controller Express Model (1726-42E)

You will need to order the SAN16B-2 switch, HBAs, additional SFP transceivers if needed, and FC cables separately.
